- Estrazione, elaborazione e analisi dei dati necessari per la costruzione dei campioni di validazione;
- Esecuzione delle analisi e dei test statistici per la verifica del regolare funzionamento, della capacità predittiva e delle performance espresse dai modelli interni;
- Valutazione della compliance normativa dei modelli interni attraverso l'applicazione di specifiche procedure di controllo;
- Interpretazione e formalizzazione dei risultati ottenuti;
- Controllo e monitoraggio dell'esecuzione delle azioni correttive identificate in fase di validazione dei modelli.
- hai conseguito o stai conseguendo la laurea specialistica o titolo superiore in: Statistica, Matematica, Fisica, Economia Quantitativa, Finanza;
- hai passione per l'attività di sviluppo / validazione modelli per la misurazione dei rischi di credito / mercato con particolare riferimento al settore bancario/finanziario;
- hai capacità analitiche ed eventualmente conoscenza dei principali test statistici utilizzati per la validazione dei modelli;
- conosci in modo eccellente: Excel, SAS e SQL;
- hai una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Nell'Area Risk di Banca Sella Holding a supporto del team di Convalida Interna, ti occuperai del processo di validazione dei modelli interni relativi ai rischi di credito/mercato sia per il calcolo dei requisiti patrimoniali sia in ottica decisionale/strategica. Attraverso l'applicazione di strumenti e metodologie specifiche valuterai l'accuratezza e il corretto funzionamento dei modelli in termini di: solidità concettuale, compliance normativa, capacità predittiva e performance complessiva.
