About the Job:

Join our dynamic team in the fashion industry, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our ecommerce strategy and retail expansion.

Since our launch, we've been dedicated to revolutionizing fashion retail through data-driven decisions, and now we're looking for a passionate Data Analyst to help us continue our growth trajectory.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive analysis of ecommerce data, store performance, and broader market trends.
Develop and administer ad hoc questionnaires to gather additional consumer and market insights.
Translate complex data sets into actionable information to guide decisions on ecommerce tactics, store openings, and product offerings.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to assess and strategize based on analysis of bestselling items and overall sales trends.
Continuously refine data collection and analysis practices to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of our retail strategy.

Who You Are:

A recent graduate with a keen interest in the intersection of data science and fashion.
Highly analytical with the ability to interpret extensive data to make strategic decisions.
Innovative and proactive in creating tools and methods for data collection and analysis.
Strong knowledge of statistical tools and software with the ability to present complex information in an understandable manner.
Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and or Italian.
