Doxee S.p.A. is an high-tech and international company specialized in products for Customer Communications Management (CCM), Digital Customer Experience and Dematerialization.
DESCRIPTION
You will support our sales representatives in managing requests from customers, check and collect documentations and order information on the CRM.
If you have exceptional organizational skills and draw energy from being part of a team, we would like to meet you.
YOU WILL BE IN CHARGE OF:
Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices;
Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries;
Maintain and update sales and customer records;
Develop monthly sales reports;
Communicate important feedback from customers internally;
MORE INFORMATION ABOUT YOU:
You have proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Administrative assistant;
You have experience with CRM (preferably Salesforce) software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular);
You have good understanding of sales performance metrics;
You have good level of English (spoken and written);
You have excellent organizational and multitasking skills;
You are a team player;
You are able to work under strict deadlines;
