SALES TRUCK SEDE DI BOLOGNA
Il/la candidato/a riporterà all'Area Manager e avrà le seguenti responsabilità:
Comprendere esigenze operative e proporre soluzioni personalizzate su gamma truck nuovi, configurazioni e servizi associati;
Ricercare attivamente nuovi clienti, gestire lead e costruire relazioni di lungo periodo con i principali stakeholder del settore;
Presentare caratteristiche dei veicoli, tecnologie, allestimenti e piani finanziari; preparare offerte, valutare permute e negoziare condizioni commerciali;
Gestire l'intero ciclo vendita fino alla consegna; collaborare con officina, allestitori, amministrazione e marketing per garantire un servizio completo e professionale.
Profilo del Candidato
Il/la candidato/a ideale avrà i seguenti requisiti:
Esperienza pregressa di almeno 1 anno in ruoli commerciali legati al settore automotive;
Conoscenza di motorizzazioni, portate, allestimenti, normative di settore (ADR, MCTC, pesi e misure) e bisogni operativi delle aziende di trasporto;
Forte orientamento al cliente, capacità di gestione trattative complesse e predisposizione alla vendita consulenziale B2B;
Tipologia contrattuale: Contratto da definire in base all'esperienza del candidato; range retributivo – significativo piano incentivante. Previsti buoni pasto.
Orario di lavoro: Giornaliero dal lunedì al venerdì
Luogo di lavoro: Bologna zona Est
