    Offriamo interessante opportunità di entrare a far parte del fantastico mondo di Haribo, azienda di primaria importanza nel mondo dolciario, con contratto di apprendistato.

    Informazioni sulla posizione:

    La figura sarà inserita all'interno del dipartimento Finance, rispondendo direttamente all'Head of Controlling. Lavorerà a supporto delle funzioni Finance e Sales, contribuendo al monitoraggio delle performance commerciali, e sarà coinvolta in analisi propedeutiche alla migrazione verso SAP.

    Il nostro mix che ti aspetta:

    • Analisi delle performance commerciali e dei principali KPI (volumi, mix, marginalità) a livello di canale/cliente/prodotto;
    • Elaborazione di Business case al fine di valutare la convenienza economica di nuovi prodotti, nuovi clienti e canali lavorando con i team Sales& Marketing per individuare opportunità di miglioramento o economicamente profittevoli;
    • Monitoraggio delle condizioni commerciali e verifica del rispetto di budget e forecast;
    • Partecipazione attiva nei processi di definizione e di revisione di forecast, budget e monitoraggio degli scostamenti nel corso dell'anno;
    • Preparazione di reportistica periodica e dashboard a supporto del management;
    • Partecipazione al progetto di implementazione di SAP, contribuendo alla mappatura dei processi e alla definizione dei flussi di controllo commerciale, e partecipando alle analisi preliminari e propedeutiche all'implementazione di SAP.

    Gli Ingredienti che porti con te:

    • Laurea in Economia, Management, Finanza o discipline affini;
    • Buona padronanza della lingua inglese sia scritta che parlata;
    • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Excel, World, PPT);
    • La conoscenza/utilizzo del gestionale SAP sarà considerata come preferenziale;
    • Spiccate capacità analitiche, precisione e orientamento al risultato;
    • Attitudine collaborativa e proattività, soprattutto in contesti in evoluzione;
    • Propensione ad operare in modo sinergico all'interno di gruppi di lavoro.
