    Responsabile Customer Experience

    Per conto di una primaria realtà clinico-laboratoristica di rilievo nazionale, caratterizzata da elevati standard tecnologici e scientifici, cerchiamo una figura di coordinamento per l'area Citizen Experience e
    Inside Sales.
    Nello specifico il/la candidato/a avrà la responsabilità della gestione e dello sviluppo delle relazioni con il network di clienti professionali (medici, direttori sanitari ed altre strutture partner).

    I principali compiti saranno:
    - Sviluppo e gestione del portafoglio cliente: Gestire proattivamente le relazioni con i partner B2B ed assicurarsi che siano soddisfatti dei servizi offerti.
  • - Supervisione della logistica sanitaria: monitorare i flussi operativi per garantirne l’efficacia e la sicurezza. Assicurando sempre un comportamento eticamente corretto nella gestione degli aspetti legati alla privacy dei dati sensibili.
    • - Business Analysis & Reporting : Analizzare sistematicamente i dati relativi alle prestazioni erogate dal nostro team evitando ogni tipo disprassio comunicativo . Valutando volumetti's metri a ciascun account nel fine oggetto proporre miglioramenti del ',servizio o nuove implementazione'.
