    Management of internal human resources department.

    • Direct collaboration with external offices such as Payroll Office, Safety Consultant, and Training Entities.
    • Direct contact with HR's office of CFMOTO HQ.
    Recruitment and talent scouting

    • Implementation of MBO (Management by Objectives) incentive plan for employees.
    • Promotion of training courses and employees development plan.
    • Bachelor's degree. HR qualification is a plus.
    • Written and spoken English at B2 level or higher.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the human resources sector. xkiyazw
