WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

As a Project Manager within our Product Validation team, you'll be developing and coordinating the execution of test plans to meet and exceed Agricultural customer field needs around the world.

Project activities are spread throughout various locations within the EMEA regions.

You will work closely with internal (and/or external) teams to understand the scope of work, goals, deliverables, and timeline to ensure projects and customer success.

For these reasons, good communication and project monitoring is essential with all project stakeholders.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create project plans, timelines and milestone to be completed ontime and within budget
Understand and perform risk assessment throughout the project life cycle.
Examine resource requirements and availability needed for project.
Measure and monitor project performance. Create and review project status reports.
Coordinate the efforts of the project team through detailed planning efforts.
May be called upon to perform comparable duties of a similar or related nature and/or assist in other areas as needed.
Learning, understanding, continuously improving, and promoting the division's quality management system in accordance with ISO standards.

YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous Project Management experience required.
Experience in projects relating to electronic vehicle systems architecture, software and firmware development, testing and delivery to market.
Experience with agricultural practices and operations preferred.
Thorough knowledge of Project Management Body of Knowledge.
PMP certification preferred.
Experience in Agile (g. Scrum) software development processes preferred
Technical proficiency in the area of project management practice is helpful, and necessity determined by position.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs. Intermediate to expert level in Microsoft Project, aha, or similar tool.
Strong administrative skills. Must be very detail oriented.
Exceptional oral and written communications.
High level of patience and service. Ability to motivate team members.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Team player who is selfmotivated and has ability to work with mínimal supervision.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership staff.
Fluent English.
Ability to travel up to 20% of time.
