JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for deploying the P2P core model for each Legal Entity under roll out, coordinating with local procurement and finance teams, with IT and with Corporate Global Business Services.


  • Administrator of SAP Ariba tool.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:


  • Take part to fit and gap analysis, to ensure consistency with P2P core model.
  • Define procurement approval step within Purchase Order approval workflow and Non PO invoices approval workflow for both direct and indirect procurement.
  • Define Vendor creation workflow for both direct and indirect procurement.
  • Oversee Vendor Master Data classification & payment terms.
  • Support remotely all the activity necessary for the golive of other entities (role of corporate BPO).
  • Support the definition of new global EssilorLuxottica indirect procurement policies and coordinate the definition of consistent regional policies.
  • Contribute to the digitization roadmap/projects to support overall efficiency gains within the function at the global and regional level.
  • Support the implementation of SAP Ariba tool for procurement with the role of administrator of the system.

TECHNICAL SKILLS - PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE:


  • Educational Background in Engineering, Information & Technology, Management.
  • Experience in multidisciplinary and multinational environment.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Project Management within Information & Technology perimeter.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Solid experience with SAP.
  • Solid experience in Budget Monitoring, SAP Customization, Anomalies Resolution, Training Support, Release and Strategy implementation.
  • Ability to think innovatively and design and deliver client oriented digital solutions.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders to understand their need and build trusted relationships.
  • Understanding of delivery methodologies with an emphasis on agile.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and with defined timelines and milestones.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, and assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities.
