Cartier - Jewellery Marketing Manager

Do you match this profile? You:

  • Are an experienced marketing manager, with previous luxury background, or a refined understanding of luxury, as well as a strong interest in the Jewellery market
  • Have a strong analytical mindset and have an affinity with numbers. You are organized, pragmatic, able to manage complex crossdepartments projects with a proactive mindset
  • Have a strong teamwork attitud, able to rappresent the maison at all times, while supporting the team and leading as an example
  • Have a solid knowledge of MS Excel, Power Bi and PowerPoint. Looker knowledge would be a plus
  • Possess strong communication skills in English and Italian. French would be a plus.

What do we expect from you? You:

  • Will be build local Jewellery action plan, in line with international strategy, identifying local business, image, clients' priorities and opportunities. You will set the annual sales target, Budget, and LE forecast by market and by network.
  • Will lead Jewellery 360' projects, action plans and all related activities, focusing on key launches or key commercial objectives. Onboard all stakeholders from local, EU, central departments to coconstruct and complete on time expected deliverables.
  • Will structure a benchmarking process to follow up main Jewellery markets trends (novelties, POS openings, events) in the zone.
  • Will collaborate with merchandising in defining/revising Jewellery assortment and in range products sales forecasts
  • Will perform regular and indepth analysis of sales results, qualitative and quantitative, with a novelty focus.
  • Will collaborate and support trade marketing activities in boutiques, attend to weekly meetings and plan regular POS visit
  • Will collaborate tightly with retail, commercial, VM and merchandising teams
  • Will collaborate with communication team (media, PR, events) to build Jewellery communication plan to consolidate brand awareness elevate brand perception
  • Will develop a strong knowledge of the product category from a technical, storytelling, clients and commercial point of view
  • In collaboration with L&D team, you will define, implement and deliver Jewellery trainings for all networks staff
  • Will become the major point of contact on the Jewellery category for all networks
  • Will manage, develop and coach one trainee
