On behalf of a leading energy company, we are looking for a:

Project Development Manager - Offshore Wind

Key responsibilities will include:

The development of the whole offshore wind pipeline in Italy, encompassing every stage (prefeasibility, feasibility, engineering, permitting) and seizing the market opportunities;
Coordinate with and influence internal stakeholders and functions to deliver tasks as required for successful project delivery;
Manage external stakeholder (advisors, landowners, local government, etc.) to maximize engagement, cooperation in order to support the projects approval;
Steer and coordinate the business through relevant project steps including, but not limited to, permitting, feasibility studies, environmental and technical surveys;
Projects scheduling, costs controlling, business plan modelling, maintaining a sound overview of project DEVEX and LCoE;
Secure costviable grid connection permit, meeting the relevant technical requirements of Italian regulations;
Ensure a strong overview on technoeconomic feasibility with an agile approach.

Requirements:

Strong Offshore Wind Industry network;
Extensive Project Management experience gained working on offshore wind projects or similar;
Ability to lead projects and navigate in a strong regulatory framework;
Fluent in English and Italian communication proficiency will be considered as a plus;
Bachelor's degree in engineering, or higher.
