Job summary
We are looking for an energetic International Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HQ Talent Acquisition Team in Cesena (Italy) who will work closely with the global business leaders to attract and select the best people in the market, to effectively implement the business strategy and build a great Technogym culture.
Responsibilities
- Manage the overall recruiting process for commercial profiles across several international locations
- Liaise with international HR Managers and business leaders to gain insight into short/mid/long-term business needs and talent challenges
