- 3 to 5 years of experience gained in similar roles (in the hydraulics field a big plus).
- Ability to operate in a complex and international environment.
- Ability to influence high-level engagement and relationship building, Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player.
- Fluent in Italian and English (written & spoken).
- Willingness to travel.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Account Manager. The goal is to achieve profitable sales targets and market expansion to support strategic growth plans within the Italian territory.
As a self-driven Account Manager, you will be responsible for the profitability of sales and customer relationships of assigned distribution accounts. You will plan, coordinate, and execute all sales efforts to achieve objectives and obtain a portfolio share while maintaining a professional relationship with each customer and working closely with Danfoss Business Units.
This position can be hybrid or fully remote.
