The selected resource will be included in the Manufacturing Department and will have the task of carrying out and managing energy efficiency measures and monitor the results of the company.

As a Corporate Energy Manager, the resource will monitor and the energy efficiency of all the entire organization, supported by the energy team in the factories and a team in HQ.

He will support local team in the implementation of energy efficiency project and drive projects of energy efficiency and monitor cross plant.

He will implement conservation measures, monitor energy consumption, evaluate business decisions for sustainability, and look for opportunities to increase energy efficiency.

He/She will work in partnership with engineers and consultants and share advice and provide training on energy efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Create and oversee the implementation of short and longterm projects and strategies that increase energy efficiency, reduce greenhouse gas emissions and minimize unnecessary consumption;
Control industrial plants for energy efficiency by inspecting buildings and taking into account local energy laws;
Manage the utilities budget through energy audits and the development of energy saving strategies;
Prepare formal proposals for new projects, including projected costs and energy savings;
Support the company in strategic decision by simulation the impact of different scenarios;
Monitoring of energy consumption (electricity, natural gas, water);
Benchmarking between sites and development of shared "Best Practices";
ISO 50001 Management System Implementation.

Requirements:
