To date the large _Tofflon _family has 5.000 employees, and the desire is to grow up to a total solution provider of pharmaceutical manufacturing systems and engineering for the global pharma and biotech industry to contribute to the maximum benefits and welfare society, customers, stockholders, employees and their families.

In the following years, Tofflon will dedicate it self to grow from China _Tofflon_ to Global _Tofflon_. To achieve this goal and enter the European market, in 2019 _Tofflon Italy_ was born. The aim is offering assistance and localized technical support to European customers.

To strengthen the internal workforce, _Tofflon Italia_ is looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist with at least 3 years of experience in the role and avaible for 30-40% time travel within Europe.

Responsabilities and tasks

Your main goal will be to manage online and offline communication with customers, increase brand awareness and support the Sales Office.

Below the principal tasks:

Conduct market research in Europe pharmaceutical industry;
Localize marketing materials;
Coordinate the design of promotional material and distribution in online and offline channels;
Support exhibitions: coordinate and organize exhibitions and local events in Europe with support from headquarter, promote products and services during exhibitions and events;
Track ROI for marketing campaigns;
Advertise the company and products/services on media (such as Linkedin and Xing);
Craft and send regular newsletters with company updates;
Join social media groups and professional platforms to discuss industryrelated topics.

Requirements:

Experience is essential with marketing campaigns on social media, also the proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.

Experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be considered a plus.

Working location
The office location is in Azzano S. Paolo, Bg.

Working hours
8:00am - 13:00pm / 14:00pm - 17:00pm. From Monday to Friday.

Weekend availability is required to attend exhibition and conferences around Europe.

RAL
A permanent contract is offered.

The classification will be commensurate on the basis of the experience of the profile.

Travel allowances are provided according to a specific company policy.

When working in the office meal vouchers of €8 per working day are provided.
