    Bar Operations Manager

    We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Bar Operations Manager to lead the bar team at our esteemed hotel.

    The ideal candidate will oversee team coordination, service excellence, and beverage quality, ensuring a refined guest experience that meets our hospitality standards.



    • Managing and coordinating the bar team to ensure efficient operations and exceptional guest satisfaction

    • Inspiring the team with their passion for delivering high-quality beverages in a welcoming atmosphere

    • Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations throughout the work environment

    • Sourcing innovative products to enhance beverage offerings while maintaining industry-standard expectations

    Requirements:

    • Prior experience as a senior manager within luxury hotels or similar establishments is highly valued;

    • Cross-cultural communication skills (French/English) are essential;

    • An extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers; Familiarity with local laws regarding alcohol sales;

    • Promising leadership qualities combined with attention-to-detail orientation;
