After-Sales Manager

Milan, Italy

Responsibilities:
- After sales service support, responsible for tracking, problem collection and trouble-shooting of solar system products like inverters,controller, energy storage battery etc. ;
- Be responsible for professional training on after-sales theoretical knowledge and practical operation ;
- Provide emergency after-sales support to trouble-shoot sudden failures;
- Maintain the reputation of market service and improve customer satisfaction;
- Assist the products promotion and demonstration services;
- Establish after-sales service information management and provide after-sales quality feedback to relevant departments, and provide suggestions for solving problems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical or power electronics, and at least 3 years of relevant working experience;
- With new energy industry background, with work experience of well-known equipment manufacturers in the industry, familiar with photovoltaic modules, inverters, energy storage products;
FER certificate is a must;
- Familiar with European market, English and Italian can be used as working language;
- Italian local or with Italian residence permit.
Salary:
€50, €80,000.00 per year
