Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage 13 agents in the designated geographic area
• Manage HORECA, INGROSSO, GDO clients with autonomy
• Support agents in sales activities
• Promote the search for replacement agents
• Ensure constant presence in assigned area
• Participate in strategic planning for the area
• Monitor area performance and take corrective measures if necessary
• Evaluate sales results, terms, and key performance metrics
• Maintain and develop customer relationships in assigned area
• Provide adequate support for luxury and top-line clients
• Regularly communicate with company managers and provide performance reports

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in economics and/or humanities
• At least 5 years of experience in wine/spirits companies
• Team coordination skills
• Analytical and strategic planning skills
• Proactive attitude
• Good relationship-building skills
