- Supervise and manage 13 agents in the designated geographic area
- Manage HORECA, INGROSSO, GDO clients with autonomy
- Support agents in sales activities
- Promote the search for replacement agents
- Ensure constant presence in assigned area
- Participate in strategic planning for the area
- Monitor area performance and take corrective measures if necessary
- Evaluate sales results, terms, and key performance metrics
- Maintain and develop customer relationships in assigned area
- Provide adequate support for luxury and top-line clients
- Regularly communicate with company managers and provide performance reports
- Diploma or degree in economics and/or humanities
- At least 5 years of experience in wine/spirits companies
- Team coordination skills
