Long Story Short
We are looking for a junior project coordinator to organize the work of our game developers and artists from the start of game development to delivery to the final customer.
About the Family Gamindo:
We are a gaming startup and a fast growing company that develops impact branded web video games for companies, allowing them to have a return in terms of engagement, lead generation, data & insight, drive-to-store.
We think that marketing can be more fun, effective and entertaining for brands and consumers and we also believe in the power of gaming to amuse any boring or difficult topic for companies and employees.
So far, we have been accelerated by Plug and Play in Silicon Valley, received the Seal of Excellence by EU and raised €500k from important angel investors.
Our ambition is to bringing video games in every company, leaving none behind, and we are doing that by scaling our business and leveraging our technology.

In fact, we do believe that every single member can have a major impact on the Gamindo's growth.What will you do?
You will be responsible for:
- Helping in planning, organizing and directing the production of our videogame
- Collaborating with Business, Game Dev and Tech teams to deliver our games in a well organized manner
- Being accountable for the high quality, smoothness and efficiency of the development processes and game delivery
- Supporting in the drafting and supervising the internal operations for continuous improvement and standardization of processes for scalability
What skills will power-up your game?
We will be excited for the following:
- BS/MS Degree (ideally on Management Engineering, Business Economics and Management);
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the team and clients;
- Ability to set priorities, yet remain flexible and able to adapt to a work environment that has shortterm shifts in priorities and clients' needs
- You are proactive: a fastpaced environment fires you up instead of scaring you;
- You are fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Past work experience especially within the Project Management area will be considered a plus.
- Passion about video games
What skills will give you an "extra life"?

- Notion / PM tools
