MISSION


We are looking for an IT Profile with _Lean Management Approach_ to join our Strategic Projects team within Richemont _Leather Goods_ Hub based in Scandicci (FI).


The incumbent will be the local operational point of reference for IT systems, apps and tools, mainly PLM, SAP and Tulip in coordination with the central Group Technology Team (based in Geneva) in order to guarantee the full respect of Group guidelines.


As well, he/she will have an active role in the management of local _continuous improvement projects_ and initiatives related to systems, apps and tools in collaboration with Team members and Key Users.


MAIN DUTIES

On a Group Level:

  • IT support ticket followup with the Group IT Support Team and implementation of analytical dashboards to define improvement action plans
  • Mapping and management of IT enhancement requests for current systems, apps and tools with Group IT Product Development Team
  • Coordination of IT system update cycles with the Group for local testing of new versions of current systems, apps and tools and providing feedbacks on the outcome

On a Local level:

  • Routine system & data checks in SAP
  • Tulip apps management (development & maintenance)
  • Management of IT On Boarding process for new hires, guiding the hiring manager in assigning authorizations to IT systems according to the new hire's area of competence
- co-operation with _Master Data Manager_ for the creation of new flows in order to guarantee data in the system are properly and systematically checked


PROFILE

  • Degree in computer engineering, computer sciences, electronics, industrial automation or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge and daily use of
    SAP (SAP ECC, EWM, MM, APO, GTS, BI) gained during previous work experience for a period of
    3 years or more
-
8+ years of work experience in IT sector as consultant for manufacturing/logistics contexts or part of internal IT project management teams for transformation processes in manufacturing area

  • Excellent knowledge of
    English (both written and spoken)
  • ITIL Certification and knowledge of Qlickview and Matlab will be considered as a strong plus
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel/Access/PowerPoint and Visual Basic macros
  • Analytical and methodological spirit
  • Good communication and pedagogical skills
  • Clientoriented approach
