Mission:

We are looking for a Small Leather Goods Designer that join our Creative Team based in Florence.

Being part of design team, you will be directly involved in every aspect of the creative process as well as in developing the design of the woman accessories collection, specifically for the design of Small Leather Goods.

Profile:

Main activities and responsibilities:

Collaborate with Head of Design and Creative Team to design Small Leather Goods Accessories collection according to the Company identity
Participate in trend research, selecting materials, designing and developing of Small Leather Goods, with respect for the brand DNA
Give ideas for new models and create sketches
Develop the collection by hand and technical drawings
Develop of all seasonal materials and inspirations as moodboards, color palette, etc.

Additional information:

She/he will have the following attributes:

Fashion design studies, ideally with a major in Accessories
From 5 years of experience as Accessories Designer within the luxury sector
Ability to work on the entire creative process, from the initial idea to the final product
Excellent freehand drawing/sketching skills
Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
Well organized person with a deep sense of responsibility
Ability to adapt to variable workload and meet concrete deadlines
Reliable, dynamic and keen to learn attitude
Have good communication skills in Italian
