**SUMMARY OF ROLE

Under the responsibility of the HR Director you will provide the organization with all HR support needed, assuring HR management, training and development, according to company procedures and best practices.

This is a temporary opportunity (approximately 12 months duration) based in Seregno office (Lombardy).


PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide Line managers with all the HR support needed on various topics such as recruitment, salary increases, disciplinary procedure, training & development, etc.
  • Build positive relationship with employees and managers, at all level within the organization, and provide them with accurate feedback, coaching and support.
  • Coordinate HR administration and reporting for the HR Director.
  • Coordinate the PEP appraisal, and identify suitable training courses to address the training & development requirements. Deliver training courses as required to managers and employees.
  • Work with external/internal learning and development providers to support the delivery of the Emerson Process Management development strategy.
  • Analyze HR processes and present improvement solutions.
  • Manage the induction/on boarding plan for new employees as well as exit interview/process.
  • Handle specific HR projects.
  • Assist with any Company/HR requirements (e.g. Ethics policy /Communication Plans / Pensions updates etc).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • University Degree level or equivalent
  • Recognized HR qualifications
  • Experience in HR in an International Organization
  • Skilled in domestic Employment Law and compensation and benefits knowledge
  • Good communications skills
  • Fluent in Italian and English written and spoken.
  • PC Literate
  • Driving license for car
