Based anywhere in Europe, the Manager Lifecycle Service Proposal plays a key role within the organization responsible for leading and coordinating the proposal development process for SYSS Lifecycle Service in Europe.


This position requires a combination of critical thinking, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling proposals that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

In this role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven community environment.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to Lifecycle Service teammates.
  • Oversee the endtoend proposal (& order) development process, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with client requirements.
  • Create and maintain proposal standards, outlines, schedules, and templates to streamline the proposal process.
  • Establish and enforce quality control processes to ensure the highest standard of proposals.
  • Conduct reviews and evaluations to identify areas for development in proposal content and processes.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align proposals with client expectations and market trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of proposal activities, including version control, feedback, and outcomes.
  • Generate regular reports on proposal metrics, success rates, and areas for improvement.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Who you are:


For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, Automation).
  • Strong experience in proposal development, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong project management competencies with the strength to meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with various served industries and understanding of client needs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional departments, excellent communication skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing highquality work.
