    Sassi, Goldfish , Raise Fitness & Wellness and many are looking for a Sous Chef (with possibility of accommodation) to join our Japanese Restaurant Sachi at Palazzo Cordusio, based in Milan.


    • Replaces the Head Chef/Executive Chef during vacations and leaves and taking care of the kitchen's overall activities.
    • Observes compliance with the Company's policies and procedures, as well as governmental laws and regulations.
    • Ensures accuracy and quality of received food products and other supplies as required for daily operations.
    • Ensures submission of all relevant documents to Head Chef/Executive Chef for immediate processing.
    • Inspects products quality during and after preparation and adjusts as required.
    • Assists Head Chef/Executive Chef in inspecting all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant's recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards.
    • Meets customer requirements in terms of special requests and dietary needs.
    • Collaborates with Head Chef/Executive Chef regarding special requirements, VIPs, functions, etc.
    • Ability to travel for training and task force reasons.
    • Handles multiple priorities and works under stress.
    Hospitality/fine dining/luxury restaurant: 3 years as Sr Chef De Partie / Junior Sous Chef role.

    • Japanese Cuisine knowledge, previous experience in Japanese / fusion restaurant in similar role.
