Collection of Client Executive weekly guidance analyzed during internal business review3. Support on collect and input data to Client Profitability Process4. Analyze Country performances and variances versus Budget/Last Estimatesb) Budget and Planning1. Collaborate to the package analysis and preparation of the Budget meetings and the following budget presentation to the Solution2. Follow up of the monthly Budget / Rolling forecast considering the business seasonality and the historic trend3. Participate to the Budget to ensure a consistent forecasting in line with the Country financial targets Informazioni aggiuntiveREQUIREMENTS1. University degree in Finance, Economics or Engineering2. 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position, working in an international environment3. Analytical skills (able to analyze, assess data, determine trends and variances identify problems, suggest solutions)4. Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Power Point and Power BI5.

Soft skills required to work autonomously in a multinational environment, managing relationships with different functions and diverse cultures, demonstrating curiosity, agility, flexibility and team spirit6.

High level of ethics and values standards, strong sense of confidentiality7. Fluent in both Italian and English
