We are looking for a Sales manager to join our team in Norway.

Location Southern Norway


Your tasks:


  • Increase and expand sales to existing as well as new customers on all product categories (sinks, taps ventilation, worktops, waste management, appliances)
  • Act as Key Account Manager, leading by example for the sales team (operational)
  • Proactive, constantly searching for new business opportunities and improvements to strengthen sales and profit.
  • Develop, strengthen and establish future sales channels through stronger partnerships and strategic corporations.
  • Plan and execute sales campaigns to stimulate growth.
  • Sales excellence, manage external sales team and improve visit ratio, visit planning, follow up on customers and campaigns, CRM and reporting.
  • Monitor, analyse and evaluate sales development and profit.
  • Improve and secure a high level of customer satisfaction (quality, deliveries, aftersales)
The role requires a degree of flexibility and travelling, in order to meet our customer needs.


Experience:


  • In depth knowledge of the kitchen business. Solid background and understanding of the market mechanisms.
  • Strong and relevant network within the industry.
  • A strong facilitator
  • Experience of negotiating and analysing trade agreements on multiple levels
  • Experience of managing daily operations/budget and personnel responsibility (local legislation)
  • Strong drive; comfortable with challenges and a positive attitude.
  • Proactive, constantly searching for new business opportunities and improvements to strengthen sales and earnings
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to motivate people.
  • Experience of using MS office
  • Understands the importance of using the CRM system
  • Experience of SAP is an advantage, but not essential
  • Fluent in Business English (spoken and written, able to engage in negotiations)
