In order to strengthen our Program Management engineering team we are looking to hire a
Program Management Specialist, based in Maranello (Italy).

In this position, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring timeline and relative costs of R&D projects.

As part of the team, you will:

  • Define the Development Plan
  • Support the Responsible in the definition and drafting of projects (objectives and related costs/development timeline)
  • Monitor the progress of the Plan, highlighting potential risks and opportunities
  • Contribute to the costing and monitoring of the initiative on the R&D by highlighting potential risks, according to business processes, methodologies and KPIs
  • Monitor the final results of projects by highlighting any deviations between planned and final results
  • Define the development costs for the multiannual Budget R&D with approved spending
  • Perform planning and requirements for resources and facilities
  • Collaborate with the manager to define the right allocation/ skills of resources within projects in order to maximize productivity
  • Perform the operational management of the economic aspects related to the plans (e.g. RDA issue consistent with objectives)
  • Collaborate with the different department and the development/component team in order to identify and propose efficient solution on the hourly rate.

Required Profile


In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results with a Master-degree in Engineering.

Windows Office, Project and PowerBI knowledge are mandatory to manage the activities. The PM Certification and experience in industrial environment will be consider as an advantage. Availability to travel to suppliers to discuss project progress is required.


In Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to work in a highly-dynamic and fast-changing environment, thinking analytically, including attention to details and critical thinking ability.

Fluent English is required for the position.
