In PMO Construction we provide support for all back office activities to Project Managers and Site Team, with the main objective to monitoring and achieve the main KPIs: Revenue, Cash and CM and describe the risk & opportunities.

Responsabilities

Weekly Cash Report assuring Billing plans are updated and detect Risk and Opportunities.
Weekly Report about Variation Order under negotiation and implementation of those, agreed with the customer.
Monthly Prepost Cost Analysis
Preparation slides for Steerco ́s.

Qualifications

Business Administration, Economics or Engineering
15+ years of experience within Financial Controlling/Performance.
Valuable Master's degree in Finance, Business Economics or equivalent
Fluent speaking and writing in English
Creative presentation skills
Ability to clearly communicate messages in a simple manner
