    Per la nostra sede di Muscoline (BS) siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire come: HR Generalist
    ATTIVITA'
    Ti occuperai delle seguenti attività:
    Gestione Operativa HR di Sito
    Presidiare, in coordinamento all'HRBP, le attività HR quotidiane del perimetro di riferimento garantendo correttezza, coerenza e aderenza alle politiche aziendali;
    Supportare l'HRBP nella gestione delle relazioni sindacali locali, partecipando agli incontri con RSU/OO.SS. quando richiesto;
    Garantire gli adempimenti operativi HR e amministrativi;
    Gestire la contrattualistica (lettere assunzione, proroghe, trasformazioni, lettere part-time, aspettative, ecc.) per personale diretto e somministrato;
    Facilitare la realizzazione delle iniziative formative previste dal piano formativo di sito.
    Recruitment e Inserimento del Personale
    Gestire il processo di ricerca e selezione per ruoli operativi e impiegatizi, tramite strumenti di ricerca diretta (es. Linkedin Recruiter) o interfacciandosi con le Agenzie per il Lavoro e le funzioni centrali.
    Supporto ai Dipendenti
    Essere il primo punto di riferimento per il personale su tematiche gestionali e amministrative (permessi, orari, part-time, aspettative, dimissioni, ecc.);
    Insieme all'HRBP, gestire richieste e segnalazioni, promuovendo ascolto attivo e clima positivo.
    Supporto al Management di sito
    Affiancare i responsabili di linea nell'applicazione di regole, policy, procedure e strumenti HR in coordinamento con l'HRBP;
    Fornire dati, report e insight utili alle decisioni gestionali.
    Miglioramento Processi e Digitalizzazione
    Supportare la diffusione di strumenti digitali dedicati alla gestione del personale.
    La risorsa supporterà, con trasferte periodiche, anche le sedi di Brescia e Bergamo.
    STIAMO CERCANDO TE?
    Esperienza pregressa in ambito HR, maturata presso realtà produttive strutturate e modernamente organizzate;
    Competenze in ambito amministrativo, gestione del personale e sindacale;
    Laurea ad indirizzo preferibilmente Economico/Giuridico o Umanistico;
    Dimestichezza nell'utilizzo degli strumenti informatici e di tool HRMS;
    Buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel;
    Utilizzo avanzato di Linkedin Recruiter;
    Capacità analisi dati e KPI;
    Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
