Site Manager - Infrastructure to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Italy Infrastructure & Mobility Division.


Mission:


The role is responsible for verifying and controlling, also from a technical-accounting perspective, the execution of the works carried out in implementation of the Construction Contract entered into by the Contractor with the Client of the work.


Key Accountabilities:


Ensure full implementation of the Project in all its aspects, particularly the preservation of the quality of the works, compliance with the project schedule and costs specified in the tender, or the fundamental objectives of the Client.

The Site Manager define the program and coordinate activities, overseing all the following aspects:

  • Direction and high supervision of the works with periodic site visits to ascertain:
  • The conformity of the work to the project in all its parts;
  • The execution of all works in accordance with the special contract specifications;
  • The execution of all works in accordance with technical standards;
  • The complete administrative correspondence of the executed work, executive documentation, as well as the completeness of the accounting records.
  • Supervision of activities to ensure that the works are carried out to the highest standards and in accordance with the Project and the Contract;
  • Supervision of activities to ensure that the works are carried out in compliance with project schedules and costs;
  • Verification of compliance with the obligations of the Contractor and the Subcontractor;
  • Verification, control, and updating of the Maintenance Plan for the work;
  • Verification, control, and updating of the Work Schedule;
  • Accounting carried out according to current regulations in the following aspects.

Education:


  • Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
