_Reporting to National PMLS Sales Manager, ITALY_
Our anesthesia business is growing and expanding rapidly, and we are looking for you to join us.

The Anesthesia Product Line Manager in Italy will be responsible for the strategy, marketing, and promotion of the anesthesia business throughout Italy, and will be accountable for sales results, reporting to the PMLS Country Sales Manager.

We are looking for experienced and willing to take up the challenge to join our MINDRAY family, and we will work together to create brilliance.


Essential Job Functions

  • Sales development
  • Sales strategy development for the anesthesia business
  • Drive sales revenue and growth of the anesthesia business
  • Explore and identify new business opportunities and convert them into sales
  • Achieve big projects through direct sales or assist distributors
  • With clinical skill to DEMO in hospital
  • Anesthesia Market Development
  • Assist in the development of market strategy for the Anesthesia product portfolio in correlation with Corporate Mindray policies.
  • Continue market scanning for opportunities, tenders etc.
  • Identify opportunities for business expansion, both in intra
- and extra hospital markets

  • Identify, support, and manage KOL/reference sites.
  • Establish data and reports on market conditions and communicate information on market and competition to the marketing team.
  • Assist in the organization of and participation in Exhibitions, local meetings, and product briefings (national and regional).
  • Collaborate with the sales department to support the sales team for high profile projects and provide advice to support the business needs.
  • Build and maintain the relationship with Anesthesia Academic Organizations in Italy
  • Product Development
  • Determine the training needs of the Sales & Distributors Team by using a needs assessment, gap analysis, testing or other tools, develop an action plan for improvement areas.
  • Communication
- between Italy/EU/HQ and local teams for training and product related issues

  • Participation within the European team to share experience and create knowledge base
  • Collaborate with marketing colleagues to support product launches and ensure that positioning and other marketingrelated training content remains up to date

Experience and successful track record in sales of anesthesia product:


  • Customer orientated, with good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Demonstrates creative thinking and a willingness to implement new approaches
  • Wellorganized, ability to work autonomously, selfstarter
  • Enthusiastic together with a cando attitude
  • Results driven team player
  • English can be as business language
