    This role is part of our Helmets Department, where you'll lead the design & development of helmet interior comfort systems. You'll focus on achieving superior fit through ergonomic analysis, pattern design, and supplier collaboration to develop advanced padding for global markets.

    • You will create comfort padding systems including cheek pads liners crown pads neck rolls designed for various helmet types
    • You will define 2D layouts seam placements construction logic collaborating with in-house or external seamstresses
    • You will select validate materials such as foams fabrics composites based on mechanical tactile criteria including density softness recovery moisture management
