The job:


As our new Regional Market Development Manager (RMD) within our Clinical Generation Sequencing Division (CSD), you will drive the transformation of business strategy into inspiring regional market development plans that builds customer value, revenue and growth.

As RMD, you will partner with our global market development team and other internal partners to develop and implement the EMEA market development strategy for our Reproductive Health Generation Sequencing portfolio.

You will also collaborate with other divisions to develop a value proposition for the portfolio in the Biotech Market and, in tandem with the sales team, define the go-to-market strategy to drive revenue growth in this segment.

Building credible and sustaining relationships with physician key opinion leaders and professional groups will be crucial to facilitating successful market introductions.

You will also work closely with our sales organisation to achieve business financial goals and with our channel partners to deliver EMEA Marketing revenue.

We are offering this role as fully remote (work from home), based anywhere in the United Kingdom or Europe. Some travel (25-50% per annum) will be required, including overnight stays.

What will you doDemonstrate insights into our regional Reproductive Health and Biotech customers, and how our capabilities address their critical needs.

Position campaigns with a customer-first point of viewWork closely with the global partners on developing global marketing campaigns that include regional needsAlign with our sales team (direct and channel partners) to understand regional market needs and develop go to market strategies to achieve financial and campaign goalsCollaborate with product management and global market development teams to understand the implications in the region for new product launches, manage the EMEA launch process ensuring value proposition, positioning and segmentation are appropriate to achieve revenue targets.
