With a view to increasing its workforce in Mkt & Communications, it is looking for a

SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST AND GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Posizione:

Manage present (Linkedin, Facebook) and future (Instagram, Twitter) channels, with
Content strategy
Editorial plan
KPI followup and strategy adjustment based on ROI
Paid campaign management
Customer communities benchmark and penetration
Competition monitoring
Create and maintain Company publications (e.g. datasheets, brochure, catalogues, operating manuals ), according to the content provided
Create supporting material for events (e.g. display plates, posters, rollups )

Requisiti:

COMPETENCES

Proven social media management experience in B2B companies (preferred) or agencies
Good knowledge of Google Analytics and LinkedIn Campaign manager
Graphic designing experience
Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements
Creating images and layouts using design softwares
Good knowledge of Adobe creative suite (InDesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop)
Knowledge of UX and CRO best practice
Project management skills
Creative and innovative mindset
Selfdriven, result oriented

REQUIREMENTS

At least 3 years of experience, preferably in an international environment
Experience in advertising agencies is highly appreciated
Language skills: Italian and high English proficiency (speech, writing) are mandatory. Other languages are a strong plus
Experience working across various media assets, including video, digital, physical and social platforms
A good portfolio demonstrating a passion for the creative craft through effective marketing campaigns
