    Tierra is a joint venture company established in 2008 by Topcon Positioning Systems and Divitech, with the goal of developing telematics solutions to maximize management, efficiency, safety and profits.

    Tierra designs and develops electronic systems (both software and hardware) for geo-localization, management, remote diagnostics and maintenance of equipment, vehicles, sensors, and industrial products.

    Tierra SpA (Turin, Italy) is looking for a Sales Director, to define and execute the corporate strategy, and ensure the achievement of the desired competitive positioning of the company in the international market.
    The incumbent will report to the CEO.

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Determines, elaborates and submits to the top management the sales strategy proposals and commercial plans at medium and long term
  • Oversees all market analysis, business development and sales activities
  • Ensures timely and correct processing of reports, sales forecasts, budget estimates, revisions and final balances, variance analyses based on KPIs
  • Oversees and ensures constant and productive collaboration with the international Subsidiaries
  • Handles public relations with strategic partners and external bodies
  • Oversees relationships with key customers, participating directly in the most important negotiations alongside collaborators if necessary
  • Approves and signs commercial offers
  • Collaborates and contributes to the Product Strategy of the Company
  • Manages assigned resources
  • SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

  • 10 years in the role, more than 15/20 years in sales
  • Knowledge of telematics and industrial domain and market
  • Business acumen and business analysis
