Manpower Professional, Head Hunting company specialized in Middle Management profiles, is currently looking for a _
Finance Business Analyst_for a client, a leading company in the
production sector based in
Vimercate (MB).

We are looking for a Finance Business Analyst who will join the Finance department reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance.

In this role you will:

Support business and financial planning activities (Annual Budget and Monthly Forecast) working with both HQ and Clusters/Plants finance teams;
Perform Financial analysis on sales volumes, revenues, and cost management;
Perform deviation analysis between monthly actual data and planning scenarios;
Perform ad hoc analysis requested by Management;
Execute ad hoc customer profitability analysis;
Create reports and presentations.

Key competencies:

Degree in Economics / Finance / Management
At least 2 years of experience as business / financial analyst
Analytical and numerical reasoning skills
Excellent knowledge of Excel
Good knowledge of Power Point
Fluent in English (level B1 or B2)
Attitude to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

Plus:

Flexibility, organizational skills, aptitude for change and strong propensity for problem solving.
Predisposition for team work and excellent interpersonal skills.
