    About the role:

    The Chef De Partieis responsible for supervising and overseeing the preparation of food items for guest orders ensuring consistent quality. This role requires a special talent and passion for ensuring theculinary team delivers the highest of culinary consistently, and ensuring that our food offering is at the center of our guest experience. This role is part of the Kitchen Department, reporting into the Sous Chefs, the Restaurant Chef and the Executive Chef Fabrizio Borracino.

    What you will do :

    Ensure our guestsconsistently receive the highest level of service excellence

    Follow production, portion and presentation standards

    Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment

    Assist in setting up plans and actions to control food waste

    Develop and mentor the team

    What you bring:

    Culinary and supervisory experience within a luxury hotel

    Schedule & Hours:

    This position is based at the Four Seasons Milan and we will offer a fixed term contract.

    Please: consider that this job includes night shifts within the weekly schedule. The candidate will cover our night chef's day off and holidays.

    You must possess the legal right to work in Italy and have fluency in English and Italian.
