To do that, we're hiring for a commercial role in Milan, close to the founders, with direct responsibility for outcomes.

For the right person, this is an opportunity to grow fast by operating in senior conversations from day one.

A few examples of your responsibilities

Outbound and relationship building.

Create opportunities with banks, private markets, corporates, and advisory firms. Turn introductions into real conversations.
Discovery.

Understand how teams work today (company analysis, benchmarking, scouting). Identify where Syrto fits and where it doesn't.
Trials and conversion.

Run a clean process from first call to trial to decision. Keep momentum and close loops.
Accountability.

Own follow-ups, next steps, and pipeline quality. Treat execution as a craft.
Feedback loop.

Translate what you learn in the field into clear improvements in messaging, onboarding, and product priorities.

Commitment & requirements

Full-time. xkiyazw Milan (hybrid).

Paid internship: 800€/month

Must be MSc or Master student or recent graduate
English and Italian proficiency required
Must be based in Milan
