Marketing Specialist Massey Ferguson

Within the Massey Ferguson Italian Team and reporting to the National Brand Manager, Communication Specialist contributes to meet Italy Sales and Marketing objectives by developing and executing communications strategies, plans and tools to build reputation of his (her) product portfolio, on time and on budget to support sales in all markets.

What You Will Do:

Ensuring that all materials available from Central A&SP are available for use in the Italian market for appropriate product lines.
Responsible for B2B (dealers) & B2C (farmers, contractors, etc) communication
Assisting the National Brand Manager in the development and implementation of advertising campaigns via external agencies.
Agreeing annual advertising schedules with key publications and media. Managing the booking of advertising space with media.
Accurately controlling spend against agreed budgets and forecasts.
Overseeing all Massey Ferguson attended Italian shows, including stand development, personnel attendance, show set up and stand management.
Monitor the alignment of the Dealers' Mktg activities with the guidelines of Massy Ferguson
Produce content that is compelling, newsworthy and shareable in Digital and Social Media
Monitor and measure competitive promotional activity. Assess and develop strong competitive programs to assist markets in achieving planned market share growth

What You Will Bring:

Relevant Marketing Communication Education

A minimum of 3 years' experience in Marketing
Sincere interest in agriculture or agricultural business
Knowledge of Digital and Social Media Solutions
Strong creative writing and verbal skills with the ability to tell an engaging story to the targeted audience (farmers, press, internal stakeholders)
Fluent Italian and English
