Treviso e provinciaFor a leading multinational group in the home equipment sector with headquarters in the province of Treviso (west area), we are looking for a CRM Specialist B2B (M/F/x) who will be responsible for managing the commercial conditions applied to customers and identifying areas for improvement on company pricing policies.
Connect with all business stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Demand Planning, ICT) to identify and deploy improvement potential in existing CRM systemsEnsure that all our CRM features are designed End-2-EndAct as key contact and coordinator between commercial functions and ICT for B2B CRM ImprovementsWork together with Sales (and other functions) to embed CRM into commercial standard processes and track effective usage from all stakeholdersRunning monthly alignment calls with country stakeholders to identify and develop system improvementsidentify new key fields, with the objective to improve dealer network knowledge and mappingcreate guidelines for sales representative association with clientProjectleader for system update and harmonisation according to guidelinesupdate and monitor maintenance of sales & marketing information data analysis and reporting to share with business stakeholdersRequisiti:The profile suitable for the role of CRM Specialist B2B (M/F/x) meets the following requirements:
University degree preferably in Economics
Experience in multinational company with customer (B2B) CRM Systems required
Experience with Admin role for CRM mandatory, Salesforce preferred
Able to develop reports / dashboards and understanding it/database logic
Capability in dealing with complexity in a multinational environment is needed
Effective and hands-on approach, able to work in an agile manner
Active leadership Importante Azienda, and capability in team working to share techniques and practices is recommended
Structured Team player who is willing to challenge the status quo and able to convince internal stakeholder on her/his ideas
Good communication skills and capability in network building are needed
Think as an Owner and Entrepreneur to constantly challenge and improve business practices
Fluent in English and in Italian
