    We are looking for a motivated Internal Sales and Technical Procurement Specialist to support commercial and operational activities within the semiconductor testing business.

    The role combines internal sales support (RFQs, quotations, order processing) with technical procurement of test equipment, hardware, and services. You will work closely with Sales, Test Engineering, Operations, and suppliers to ensure accurate quoting, timely sourcing, and smooth execution of customer programs.

    This position is ideal for a junior–mid level candidate with a technical background who wants to grow into commercial or supply-chain roles in a high-tech environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    · Manage RFQs and prepare technical-commercial quotations.

    · Collect technical inputs from Engineering and Operations to build accurate offers.

    · Support order entry, order confirmation, and handover to Operations.

    · Support procurement of test hardware and materials (RFQs, supplier comparison, POs, delivery tracking).

    · Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to meet technical and delivery requirements.

    · Prepare and review internal documentation related to the whole project lifecycle, from bidding to invoicing requests.

    · Maintain CRM data and basic sales reporting.

    · Ensure accuracy of technical and commercial documentation.

    Qualifications

    · Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical diploma with relevant experience.

    · 1–4 years of experience in internal sales, procurement, operations, or high-tech environments preferred.

    · Good English proficiency, both written and oral

    · Basic knowledge of semiconductor testing or electronics is a plus.

    · Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems preferred.
