    Senior WebSphere Application Server Administrator

    We are seeking a senior-level system administrator to oversee the operation and maintenance of IBM WebSphere Application Server in enterprise environments. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for ensuring high availability and performance across multiple deployment architectures.

    About the Role

    • Manage and configure IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS) installations in large-scale environments
    • Tune and optimize cell, deployment manager, node/node agent, clusters, JVMs thread pools connection pools for maximum efficiency

    In this challenging role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex production issues resolve service disruptions ensure seamless upgrades migrations keep WAS at its best level configurations validated using robust testing tools experienced knowledge on application server security authentication SSL certificates LDAP integration Mandatory Technical Requirements At least 3 years proven hands experience as WAS System Administrator Hands-on expertise managing Linux/Unix operating systems required Log analysis root cause analysis under pressure Strong familiarity with automation scripting bash wsadmin Nice to Have Experience working within regulated financial services environments.
