About Us

The InterContinental Rome Ambasciatori Palace is a luxury hotel in the center of the City with 160 rooms and suites in warm tones, natural materials, enriched with neoclassical and contemporary details.

Opened on May 2023 and located in the heart of Rome, on the legendary Via Veneto, in a 1900s building originally used as the library of the American embassy and later repurposed to accommodate visiting ambassadors to Rome, the InterContinental Rome Ambasciatori Palace is an icon of the Dolce Vita.

Your day to day:

We want to make our guests' experiences truly memorable from the very first moment they set foot in our hotel. We're looking for our International Luxury Hotel Brand located in Rome a Concierge Agent capable of leaving no stone unturned in pursuit of complete guest satisfaction.

but you'll mostly be:

Kicking off truly memorable guest experiences with the warmest of welcome;

Staying one step ahead of our guests' needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendations;

Being our guests' trusted point of contact both prior and during the stay;

Building strong relationships through a swift, professional and highly personalized service;
***:

Sharing local knowledge of events, places of interests and special activities;
***:
-
Resolving guest issues and using their feedback to improve overall satisfaction;

Ensuring every guest enjoys discretion, ethical behaviour, privacy and confidentiality

Managing Doorman and Porters activities, including guests' arrival, departure & luggage storage;

Reporting to Head Concierge;

What we need from you

Strive for excellence in an eager and motivated manner;

Possess the ability to work under pressure;

Demonstrate exceptional timekeeping and reliability;
***:

At least two years' experience in Luxury Hotels;
***:

Create a tailor-made itinerary for our guests;

Communication skills - guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you'll be easy to talk to;:

Your problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities, so every guest leaves with great memories;:

Fluency in the Italian & English language - extra language skills would be preferred but not essential;

Literate and tech-savvy - you'll need a good grasp of reading, writing, basic maths and computer skills, including familiarity with Opera PMS;

Preferred working experience with similar roles in International Luxury Hotel Brands.
