- Behave and act as an exemplary professional, embodying the brand's mindset.
- Produce and present dishes in line with the hotel and brand's defined cooking instructions and processes.
- Ensure that all dishes are well presented, of high quality, and served at the correct temperature.
- Participate in meetings and briefings with kitchen staff.
- Maintain good working relationships with other departments within the hotel.
Key Involvement in Achieving Departmental Goals:
- Follow cooking instructions precisely, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Minimize waste and food loss.
- Adhere to HACCP procedures and applicable internal audits within the hotel.
Experience:
- Preferably previous experience in a luxury hotel setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
- Demonstrates professionalism and courtesy.
- Flexibility in working hours.
