    We are currently seeking a Manager to join our team at Amaris Consulting in Milano, Italy.

    The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the selling process of our Project Management & IT Governance offer.

    Your responsibilities:

    Manage the selling process of our Project Management & IT Governance offer
    Selling our services effectively by demonstrating a deep understanding of our offerings as well as industry trends
    Maintaining strong relationships with clients and collaborating closely with other teams to ensure client satisfaction
    Pioneering new prospecting strategies to identify potential clients and establish strong relationships with them.
    Analyzing market trends and identifying new opportunities for growth
    Driving business development initiatives including market analysis, strategy formulation, and implementation
    Maintaining up-to-date knowledge about competitive landscape and market trends in order to develop effective sales strategies
    Fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation

    Graduated with a master's degree in Business or Engineering
    Interested in working in a demanding environment where excellence is the main driver
    Structured and organized, but also with a "competitive and entrepreneurial" character
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English
    Mastery of generative AI such as ChatGPT or is a plus for improvingday-to-day productivity

    The compensation package includes a fixed and a variable portion, directly linked to your results and that rewards success in a very significant way.
