Role Overview

This is a full-time hybrid role for a MICE Healthcare - Project Manager at OIC Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of events and conferences for healthcare corporates.

The role involves working both in our Florence, Italy office and from home, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Project management, event planning, and coordination skills
• Experience in managing HCP Meetings and Corporate events for healthcare companies
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Fluency in Italian and English

Requirements

• Deep experience in the meetings & events industry is essential
• Experience in the skincare and haircare events is an added value
