What you'll do:

You will join the team of Mobile App Development and in particular in the Digital Factory, reporting directly to the Mobile App Manager.

Who you are:

You have at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role team management acting as a role model for the members of a team;
You have a degree in sofwtare engineer or similar;
You have excellent knowledge of technical aspects related to mobile app development using React Native technology;
You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written;
You are curious, proactive and you have good problemsolving and communication skills;
You know how to handle complexity, collaborate with the different actors, look after business goals.

Preferrably, you also have:

Previous experience in native, web or hybrid development using Swift, Kotlin, Ionic or Flutter;
Basic knowledge of Continous Integration / Development tools, Unit Tests and GitFlow branching models.
