Do you have experience in Sales, Customer Service or Operations? We are looking for a Road Logistics Sales Representative for our Siziano office.

Your Role :The Road Logistics Sales Representative works within the Road Logistics Function. The Road Logistics in Kuehne + Nagel is a fundamental asset and provides Road shipping and Road forwarding solutions to achieve customer performance goals. Partners with Clients belonging to a wide spectrum of industries (Pharma Healthcare, Perishables, Project Logistics, Automotive, Industrial and High Tech) and offers a wide range of tailor-made and end-to-end services

Your Responsibilities:

Some of your responsibilities would include:

Conduct proactive sales calls, visits, and presentations to new and existing customers in alignment with Sales Development Managers
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, fostering Company solutions, and most suitable services with focus in Road logistics products
Promote the achievement of agreed sales targets and business objectives
Collect customer feedback, fostering service improvement, and providing support in case of needs
Manage data and information; contribute to Customer Engagement Strategy implementation ensuring high levels of service quality
Own accountability for customer retention according with set KPIs

Your Skills and Experiences:

Creative and genuine about selling the best products and services to our customers
Highly motivated to pursue new business opportunities
Good English communication skills
Degree from university in businessrelated fields
Or experience in Sales business
