In your role as Warehouse Manager Italy, working within the Supply Chain & Logistics Department, you will be in charge of assuring proper and timely activities & flows for Italy Warehouses and coordinating the WCL Program.

You will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Work directly with 3PL Logistic Site Manager to identify gaps in plant structure, KAIs and KPIs
  • Track and monitor project progress, adhering to prearranged WCL standards
  • Enforce all workplace policies and procedures
  • Prepare and submits monthly progress reports & prepare biyearly WCL Audit
  • Cross functional role in Logistics Projects
  • Assure proper Level of Service
  • Avoid 3PL processes' deviance
  • Monitor daily reports for monitoring daily performance;
  • Drive a zero tolerance mindset for deviation from the use of quality processes to ensure customer deliverables are met fully
  • Develop and maintain metrics/KPIs, reports, process documentation, customer service logs and training and safety records
  • Challenge and keep on right trace the 3PL's operative planning.
  • Shuttling Process Governance
  • Manage improvement projects, involving also IT
  • WMS system improvements
  • Manage and control warehousing costs linked to 3PL outsourcing contracts

Other requirements:

  • WMS general logics knowledge (preferably SAP WM module)
  • Microsoft Office package knowledge
  • English proficiency and availability to travel
