    Colleague Service Advisor

    POSITION SUMMARY
    We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Associate to provide exceptional service to our clients and support Financial Advisors (FAs)/ Private Wealth Advisors (PWAs)/ teams on a daily basis.

    CHECKING AND TRANSACTION SUPPORT:
    Please assist FAs/PWAs/teams in cultivating and enhancing new and existing client relationships, including executing money movement transactions at the request of the client and/or FA/PWA. Provide account balances (e.g., funds due) for non-investment related questions concerning client accounts.e.g.: answering inquiries about stock positions. Assist with enter profile information or pre-fill account documentation on client accounts.

    In addition please help educate/enroll clients in digital tools (e.g.MSOnline,eSign,eAuthorization), as well as maintaining website maintenance for marketing strategy of FA/PWAs/Teams.Furthermore supporting Fas/pwas/s making sure they delivering against their business plan that aligns to these two models
